Research Project Overview
Personality and Conflict, Examining Unmet Needs
Our ongoing study investigates the relationship between individual personality traits and essential psychological needs that, when neglected, often trigger interpersonal conflict. Utilizing the 'Core Concerns' paradigm from the Harvard Negotiation Project, our data offers strategic insights for leadership and HR professionals to cultivate inclusive cultures that preemptively address conflict.
