Meet Richard
Richard Larsen earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Minnesota State University and master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Elmhurst University. He holds a facilitative mediation certification from the Chicago Center for Conflict Resolution and received additional training through the DuPage County Bar Association. Richard also holds CITI Program certifications in Social and Behavioral Research and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research.Â
Richard has mediated for the domestic relations division of the DuPage county court system and developed training programs for the Warrenville Parks District and public library. Richard currently instructs personality psychology and industrial/organizational psychology at Aurora University, where he has been an adjunct professor since 2009, and is conducting an ongoing research project exploring personality and conflict.Â
